2010 Spring Milan Fashion Week: Dolce & Gabbana

It was all about passion and romance at Dolce & Gabbana's Spring showing at Milan Fashion Week. Showing utmost creative capability, the designers made a heavenly mix of sexy menswear-inspired suits, lace dresses, floral-printed separates, blouson shorts, and tiered frocks. "[The collection] is sexy, but not too sexy. . . . We're talking about sensuality," said Domenico Dolce. And that they did via bold, leopard prints, scintillating corsets, and a slick play on see-through dressing via black netting and mesh.

FASHION NIGHT OUT at Victoria Secret's

Looking ravishing in a bright color block combo, Miranda Kerr lit up the room at Victoria's Secret Lexington Store during Fashion's Night Out on September 10 in NYC.

MK hosted VS's event in a fiery red bandage skirt and loose plum tank with nude peeptoes (to nab the contrasting look try Black Halo's Colorblock Michelle Mini Dress in Poppy/Ocean or Suzabelle's Sutton Pencil Skirt in Midnight Blue with Rebecca Taylor's Rosette Cami in Amethyst). Miranda completed the look with perfect glossy curls, light make-up and a skinny silver bangle (try Erica Anenberg's Love At First Sight Cuff in Sterling Silver).

Sartorial queen Anna Wintour is the force behind Fashion's Night Out, a collaboration between Vogue and the CFDA to unite retailers in 12 majors cities worldwide to open their doors until 11pm to give shoppers a taste of new fall arrivals. Alina Jeans are made from premium Italian denim and each pair is handmade in downtown L.A.! We’ve invited every fashion retailer across the five boroughs to encourage the fun of fashion again—flagships, tiny boutiques, massive department stores, young designers, mainstream chains, and niche luxury names alike—by keeping its doors open late on the evening of September 10 and to implement creative customer experiences welcoming all. Over 700 retailers and designers across New York City are confirmed participants in Fashion’s Night Out. Most events will take place from 6 P.M. until 11 P.M.

On Fashion’s Night Out, every participating location is open to anyone and everyone. Neither tickets nor invitations are required to join in the Fashion’s Night Out festivities.
